DAVID BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY LOT'S OF MONEY BUT NO MORALS...

Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary scoffs at people who talk about slave-like working conditions in the company. - We are no labor camp in Siberia, and it is voluntary to work here!
O'Leary came to Oslo on Tuesday afternoon - three quarters delayed in one of its own aircraft - to introduce new routes from Rygge. But most of the press conference were required to answer questions about working conditions. There was pandemonium when he attempted to tear from a Norwegian journalist an employment contract from a pilot in the company. O'Leary was also confronted with allegations from an employee who has told the paper Moss Avis about failure to pay during illness, canceled flights and delays.
Ryanair boss denies categorically that the company forbids people to organize.
- It's actually enshrined in the Irish Constitution. We can also negotiate with the unions, if a majority of the employees really wants it. So if someone is so stupid that they want to waste money on union dues, go for it! With us they get better terms if they are not a union member, he pointed out.
Does not accept three-day rule.Ryanair staff get a large portion of their pay according to how much they fly and how much they sell on board. O'Leary admits that these funds fail to materialize if a flight is canceled.
- Of course. But when we just set up another flight, so they can make their money on that one instead, he smiles. He does not recognize the norwegian system where the employee can call in sick for three days without consulting a doctor, and claims that  there must be more serious disease if people should stay home. He is not concerned about security on board, if someone is sick from fever at work.
- There is no problem, we have very low absenteeism, he said.
BoycottEmployee Organization YS has previously argued strongly against what it calls the worst company in the aviation industry. During the opening of Tuesday's conference on the YS-IA agreement, chairman Tore Eugen Kvalheim again mentioned the boycott of the company. He encourages others to join in.
- The International Transport Workers Federation (ITF) launched a few years ago a campaign under the vignette "Ryanair be fair." Parat and Finance Association, and YS, has taken it further and decided to boycott the company. "We also request our members to refrain from using company on leisure travel, "said Kvalheim.
Engineers Association and Pharmaceutical Association is among those who have joined the boycott

John Foley from RYANAIRDONTCARE say's,
Ryanair recruitment module is worse than labor camp's Bonderman TPG and O'Leary, cabin crew and pilots invest their own money, own time working for ryanair ( RESPECT )..bonderman TPG AND o'leary please...only to be scammed in anyway you Bonderman TPG and O'Leary find fit..You both invest (DIRTY MONEY) into the airline, get to the point ay....
Working conditions may not be the best at ryanair but working practises of Management at ryanair are the worst in the airline industry.Failed to pay during illness, cancelled flights are only a few points of,bad management. The sacking or termination of PILOTS and CABIN crew for PROFIT,make my blood boil and the issue of people to organise ''unions'' is right as we all know ryanair do not recognise unions unless it Bonderman TPG Union or O'Leary union....Management fear factor at ryanair of union membership brings us all back to the (cold war)..and must be stopped NOW...
Bully boy tactics, shame on you Bonderman TPG and O'Leary...
Unite the Union and all European unions must boycott ryanair and SHAREHOLDERS must act NOW by sacking Bonderman TPG,O'Leary, the board and all senior management at ryanair ''' NOW'''
