REASON WHY RYANAIR,BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY RECRUITMENT SCAM PRCC.(PROBATIONARY RYANAIR CABIN CREW)

20% level of termination of prcc for employment issues,real.
854 prcc would need to be terminated to allow new recruits.You Might think,more aircraft need nore staff,,,up to 20 aircraft each week not used at ryanair..Do not want to go into leasing scam i found out,yet ..
it diffucult now to understand but later date we can look into this.
in 2008 mcnamara said 30% are terminated,3000 cabin crew mcnamara said ryanair had in 2008. = 900 terminated prcc.
mcnamara said in 2009 they will have a cabin crew workforce of 4000.
30% termination level of prcc = 1200.
ryanair say they have a workforce now in 2010 of 8000.
6000 will be cabin crew..if termination levels are same year by year as what mcnamara said, 30% this would be 1800 terminated prcc each year.
in 2008 to 2009 level on cabin crew went up 1000
from 2009 to 2010 ryanair workforce is 2000 higher...so 2000 extra cabin crew prcc.

stjames not known because of our protests but they are lower now..
that is 27 recruitment days all over europe for cabin crew training course.

december 2008 i was at stjames recruitment day in radisson hotel stansted and protested in the room were they were showing all students how great ryanair are, i saw with my own eyes, 60 to 70 students there.
also stjames passing out wings day in 2009 i saw 30 to 40 students who got their wings from stjames...
money made on ryanairs 1067 recruited in 2009,they say 1067..
uniform alone is £320,000 a year.
training fee stjames £1800 to Cavok £2900. lets say each student pays £2200
£2,347,400. total £2,667,400..my own est was 3 to 5 million each year..
so in 2009 lets say termination was 854 terminated for new recruits,
most do not get any of their last months salary.
because of this no salary,this is the biggest scam,
on average, take jo blogs 1 feb to 1 march 2010. 18 days work with 45 flights.
if this was his last month then no pay for these 45 flights.
if 854 prcc are terminated each with 45 flights no pay, that is 38,430 flights divide into 4 cabin crew each flight = 9,607 flights each year unpaid cabin crew...I CAN NOT WORK OUT HOW MUCH RYANAIR MAKE FROM THESE FLIGHTS.....ONLY THE 2 PILOTS GET PAID ON THESE FLIGHTS..
peak times and off peak times are difference,plus sales on board and baggage paid by customers,ticket charges and credit card charges,, it is millions ,say 100 pasengers on board each flight all pay £10 each,which you know could be up to £150 a flight depent when you book = £1000 x 9,607 flights = £9,607,000 each year..

i est about 12000 flights each year unpaid cabin crew on this blog last year.
the second biggest scam with regards prcc is per hour rate of pay,these so called agents charge ryanair a much higher rate for prcc.but pay prcc so little..
I think we talking of maybe 30 to 50 millions profit each year because of termination of prcc...

I would love to meet uk or irish goverment to tell them all i know about ryanair,
