McNAMARA (PUPPET ON A STRING) FILING TAX RETURNS FOR RYANAIR PILOTS
Pilots up to 50% have a brookfield contract and ryanair trying to get all over on a brookield contract... These ryanair pilots have a accountant to which pilots pay 3% of their salary in fees.. Well the accountancy firm is run, or co run by a McNamara. Stephan McNamara is Head of Communications at ryanair....So head of communications at ryanair is filing in these pilots tax return,,sounds dodgy to me. Yet again ,more scamming from the no 1 scamming airline in Europe...''ryanair '' |

RYANAIR PILOT COMMENT TO DAILY MIRROR
Ryanair Pilot said:
I am one of the affected pilots, so I speak from experience and what I say here is fact not spun out fiction.
There are many implications relating to the Brookfied Aviation contractors associated with Ryanair, some of which may not be obvious to the general public and the fare paying customers of Ryanair.
The whole reason that Brookfied Aviation was set up was so that Ryanair could shy away from it’s social welfare contributions as stated above and so that the pilots would have no employment rights. The manager of Brookfield Aviation is the ex-head of Ryanair HR, Declan Dooney. Mr. Dooney left Ryanair to set up the desired pilot contract workforce for Ryanair and this has grown to a massive scale due to the percentage of contractor pilots currently in Ryanair, about 65%. Various government bodies around Europe (excluding the UK) have questioned the legality of this practice and this is why the pilots are now forced to set up limited companies in Dublin with one of three Brookfield selected accountants (who take a mandatory 3% from their salaries) so that they can pay their taxes in Ireland, this is how they pacified the Irish Government. The limited company idea is only a temporary reprieve for them because Brookfield is only enforcing the new terms
onto new pilots and allowing the existing contractors to remain on any scheme that they wish, even when their contracts are being renewed. There are hundreds of Brookfield pilots either not paying tax at all or paying through offshore dubious schemes in the IOM, Jersey, etc. In many cases these are people who live and work in the UK, so the UK government is missing out on a lot of tax and appears to be less interested than many other European counties, despite the fact that we are supposed to be cracking down on all illegal tax schemes.
So, the financial effect is the more obvious but there are more important effects to. The pilots are paid by the flying hour and their volume of work is totally dependant on the rostering department of Ryanair giving them some work. Often pilots are not being paid much money, especially in the winter months. Due to inconsistent income and pilots who are running into financial difficulties, often unable to pay their mortgages etc. result = PILOT STRESS.
The pilots are NOT allowed to seek work elsewhere because when they are not rostered for work they are on standby for the company to use them at a moments notice if they wish, this is every airline’s operational requirement but all other airlines pay a salary for that privilege. Some pilots in these winter months are flying two may be three days per month which means that they are earning less than £1000 per month, result = PILOT STRESS.
There is no sick pay, so human nature is to go to work when one is not really up to it, I’ve seen people in work very ill indeed. Despite the fact that the pilots are not employed by Ryanair they have to provide an official doctor’s sick note for any sickness whatsoever.
Brookfield pilots are often rostered to work from another European base at very short notice, they have to pay all associated travel and hotel costs themselves upfront even if they haven’t been earning any money for several months and therefore can’t afford to do so, result = PILOT STRESS. When rostered to fly from another base the days spent getting to and from that base are known in the industry as “duty days” There are certain legal flight time limitations in place to prevent pilots being fatigued and therefore not safe to fly, one of those limitations is the number consecutive duty days in a certain period and another is the length of each duty day. Ryanair refuses to accept that the days spent travelling are in fact duty days, but it clearly states in the official legal documentation that any days spent travelling at the behest of the company are “duty days” This can easily be conformed with the Civil Aviation Authority. result = PILOT
STRESS and FLIGHT SAFETY ISSUE.
You may be wondering why I and many others put up with it, its because there is nothing else available in the UK which is why many UK pilots are now seeking employment in the Middle and Far East.
All in all I have used the phrases PILOT STRESS and FLIGHT SAFETY ISSUE where appropriate but PILOT STRESS is in itself a FLIGHT SAFETY ISSUE so the hidden effect of the illegal contractor pilots and dictatorship attitude is FLIGHT SAFETY and should be addressed by the Civil Aviation Authority and The Irish Aviation Authority before it’s too late, its unsafe! The Irish Aviation Authority appears to be entirely disinterested in the wrong doings of Ryanair due to its very close relationship with Mr O’Leary and his fellow directors.
If any journalist were to challenge Ryanair on these issues I’m sure that they would refuse to comment because this is all based on fact and they couldn’t possibly justify any of it.

LETTER TO MICHAEL O'LEARY & DAVID BONDERMAN tpg IN REPLY TO O'LEARY'S LETTER ON 18th OCTOBER 2010
Dear Mr O’Leary, (Mr Bonderman TPG)
With reference to your letter dated 18th October 2010.
In answer to my request for a personal meeting with you or Mr Bonderman to discuss what I still believe
is a recruitment scam, which my daughter fell foul to in 2008 whilst working at Ryanair.
My wording ‘’scum or scamming’’ I feel is not worthy for you to decline a personal meeting to try to
End these issues regarding termination of my daughter Sarah, which would stop our campaign and
protests against Ryanair. You say it seems somewhat late to request a personal meeting with you, surely the fact that i called at your home and work to request such a meeting means that it is you who are somewhat late in responding.Calling you scum is the natural response of any father who believes that his child has been left hurt and despondent, our may i say scared by the actions of ryanair. How would you feel if it was your child, left alone 100s of miles from home in a city she did not know. The fact that it was not your child doe's not excuse you from having sleepless nights. All our children are precious Mr O'Leary (Mr Bonderman TPG) and need our protection, love and care to which in all your corespondents to me you have stated it is Sarah's fault and all blame lies with her.Do not brush this problem off as you might do in the day to day running of ryanair.Do not brush this problem off as a union or a government body issue ryanair might have. This is a 18 year old child,my child Mr O'Leary and i will never give up on any of my children.
You start your letter ‘’your campaign’’ I must stress I am not alone in this campaign against termination
Of probationary cabin crew for what I believe is profit orientated by Ryanair. Many terminated probationary
Ryanair cabin crew are involved with RYANAIRDONTCARE and so many are telling the same story as my
Daughter Sarah.
Our campaign RYANAIRDONTCARE is not false or intended to deceive anybody Mr O’Leary but a way
To inform students about facts regarding termination and recruitment at Ryanair plus cost of training to which Ryanair say are run by third party providers. Cabin crew training we believe are taken by Ryanair and
third party providers are a way to move any blame for any reason away from Ryanair. The very same way probationary cabin crew/pilot contracts are from so called agencies ,if this is true why would Ryanair use
agencies and not do themselves ,knowing a higher hourly fee will be charged to Ryanair from agencies.
This leads RYANAIRDONTCARE to believe, recruitment and the contract which my daughter was given was wrong in many ways.
As no documentary proof has ever been given or shown to Sarah (lates, sick days and no shows) I would have thought it was common practise for any employer to undertake.
I can not except your offer at this present moment because of the differences to your own correspondence to me and Mr McNamaras.Your own letter Mr O'Leary has contradicted each other, without any help from me.
Doomed to continuing failure and a complete waste of time you say Mr O’Leary in your letter. To answer this I would like to inform you Ryanair/stjames recruitment is at a all time low level because of our campaign
RYANAIRDONTCARE and this was the aim at the beginning of our campaign.A great success Mr O’Leary. RYANAIRDONTCARE are all over the Internet and yes you are correct, many new recruits will join Ryanair as people need jobs but even if only one student decides not to join Ryanair cabin crew training because of our campaign then Ryanairdontcare’s campaign is a complete success.
You also say (campaigns like yours) you loose no sleep over.
Mr O'Leary & Mr Bonderman TPG you have never had a campaign like this before at ryanair and i reassure you,we are not finished yet..
I will finish by saying, i do loose sleep over what ryanair have done to my child and many more young students all over Europe.

MICHAEL O'LEARY REPLY TO RYANAIRDONTCARE
Dear Mr Foley,
your letter dated 4th October refers.
Your campaign (since it is based on spurious claims and false allegations),is a complete waste of time and doomed to continuing failure,as we continue to welcome hundereds of new cabin crew of new cabin crew recruits each year or our expanding leet and route network.
It seems somewhat late or you to reguest a personal meeting with me,having initiated your correspondence by calling me 'scum',falsley accusing me of 'scamming your children' and wrongly claiming that ryanair are 'doining scams' It is your daughter you need a personal meeting with, not me.
I note the new cliam in your letter that'no documentary proof' has ever been sent or shown to Sarah or yourself.Since you are not a party to her employment, there is no reason why you should receive any proof of her repeated absences from work during the first 7 probationary weeks in her new job.
However to bring closure to this matter i would be prepared to facilitate a meeting with Sarah,s former employer CREWLINK ,but only if both agree in advance that if they provide (with your daughters's prior written consent) the documentary evidence of her reported late, reported sick and failing to report at all on 8 separate days during the first 7 weeks, then you will agree to give them a written apology for wrongly accusing them of scamming your daughter and will also agree that they were justifield in their decision to dismiss your daughter for failing to achieve an acceptable level of attendances during her first 7 weeks of probationary employment with crewlink.
If you are willing to take up this offer, then please confirm your agreement in writing and we wil set up a meeting. If not, then please feel free to continue your campaign as you wish.Rest assured that i am 100% Irish ,i lose no sleep whatsoever at campaigns like yours, which are based on spurious claims, false allegations and empty threat of adverse publicity.

GOD BLESS CREW....ATR-72-212 in CUBA and Beech 1900C in Pakistan
ATR-72-212 in CUBA and Beech 1900C in Pakistan God bless passengers and let's not forget the Pilots and cabin crew...
These crew work so hard each and every day at 35,000ft and are very professional in all they do....Also Qantas crew were very professional after a problem with one of the engines, how great are these aviation workers( SO GREAT )
How can Bonderman TPG and O'Leary treat crew so bad....

REASON WHY BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY SCAM ££££££££££££ SCAM...
REASON WHY BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY SCAM ££££££££££££ SCAM...
REASON WHY RYANAIR,BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY RECRUITMENT SCAM PRCC.(PROBATIONARY RYANAIR CABIN CREW)
ryanair say,1067 prcc recruited in 2009.
20% level of termination of prcc for employment issues, real.
854 prcc would need to be terminated to allow new recruits. You Might think, more aircraft need nore staff,,,up to 20 aircraft each week not used at ryanair..Do not want to go into leasing scam i found out,yet ..
it diffucult now to understand but later date we can look into this.
in 2008 mcnamara said 30% are terminated,3000 cabin crew mcnamara said ryanair had in 2008. = 900 terminated prcc.
mcnamara said in 2009 they will have a cabin crew workforce of 4000.
30% termination level of prcc = 1200.
ryanair say they have a workforce now in 2010 of 8000.
6000 will be cabin crew..if termination levels are same year by year as what mcnamara said, 30% this would be 1800 terminated prcc each year.
in 2008 to 2009 level on cabin crew went up 1000
from 2009 to 2010 ryanair workforce is 2000 higher...so 2000 extra cabin crew prcc.
dalmac 8 recruitment open days a month
cavok 9 recruitment days a month
crewlink,10, 2 the same as cavok so 8 recruitment days a month
stjames not known because of our protests but they are lower now..
that is 27 recruitment days all over europe for cabin crew training course.
324 recruitment days a year say average..that is just over 3 prcc recruited to be prcc at each recritment day .on ryanair 1067 figure.
december 2008 i was at stjames recruitment day in radisson hotel stansted and protested in the room were they were showing all students how great ryanair are, i saw with my own eyes, 60 to 70 students there.
also stjames passing out wings day in 2009 i saw 30 to 40 students who got their wings from stjames...
money made on ryanairs 1067 recruited in 2009,they say 1067..
uniform alone is £320,000 a year.
training fee stjames £1800 to Cavok £2900. lets say each student pays £2200
£2,347,400. total £2,667,400..my own est was 3 to 5 million each year..
so in 2009 lets say termination was 854 terminated for new recruits,
most do not get any of their last months salary.
because of this no salary, this is the biggest scam,
on average, take jo blogs 1 feb to 1 march 2010. 18 days work with 45 flights.
if this was his last month then no pay for these 45 flights.
if 854 prcc are terminated each with 45 flights no pay, that is 38,430 flights divide into 4 cabin crew each flight = 9,607 flights each year unpaid cabin crew...I CAN NOT WORK OUT HOW MUCH RYANAIR MAKE FROM THESE FLIGHTS.....ONLY THE 2 PILOTS GET PAID ON THESE FLIGHTS..
peak times and off peak times are difference, plus sales on board and baggage paid by customers, ticket charges and credit card charges,, it is millions ,say 100 pasengers on board each flight all pay £10 each, which you know could be up to £150 a flight depent when you book = £1000 x 9,607 flights = £9,607,000 each year..
million
£20 each passenger = £19,214,000
million
£40 each passenger = £38,428,000
and so on..
i est about 12000 flights each year unpaid cabin crew on this blog last year.
the second biggest scam with regards prcc is per hour rate of pay, these so called agents charge ryanair a much higher rate for prcc.but pay prcc so little..
I think we talking of maybe 30 to 50 millions profit each year because of termination of prcc...
Termination makes the profit ...
I would love to meet uk or irish goverment to tell them all i know about ryanair,
This is the biggest recruitment scam you will ever hear of ..not just in aviation history but all recruitment history and it must be stopped..
I think i know each and every part of ryanair scamming but there is so many ...it would take hours to explain...
Also BONDERMAN and O'LEARY scamming share holders...
THIS SCAM MUST STOP AS MANY MORE AIRLINES WILL FOLLOW RYANAIRS RECRUITMENT MODULE IN THE FUTURE AND CABIN CREW AND PILOTS LIVES WILL BE DAMAGE EVEN MORE.....

O'LEAERY NOT INTERSTED IN SAFETY MORE INTERESTED IN PROFIT
The ryanair boss,O'Leary has warned the government that a new security crackdown in the wake of the cargo bomb plot would hand a victory to terrorists.
The chief executive of Europe's largest short-haul airline said "pandering" to a postal bomber would mean more costly security measures for the industry."They are laughing away in their caves this morning at the prime minister and his security team meeting to discuss printer cartridges," said O'Leary, referring to a meeting of the Cobra emergency committee this afternoon.
Asked what he would do to ensure passenger safety following the discovery of explosive devices concealed in printers at airports in the East Midlands and Dubai, he said: "Ban the posting of printer cartridges."
Freight is a valuable business for international airlines. In the UK alone passenger aircraft carry in their holds around two-thirds of all the air cargo to and from Britain - around 1.6m tonnes of freight and mail.
O'Leary said airlines had been scarred by the aftermath of the August 2006 terrorist plot, which triggered a wave of security changes including the banning of large containers of liquids such as water bottles. Last week Martin Broughton, chairman of British Airways, urged the government to stop "kowtowing" to US security demands and drop "redundant" anti-terror precautions at airports.
O'Leary said the industry viewed Cobra meetings with foreboding because they often introduced draconian security precautions that were costly and disrupted airports. "Any time that we have one of these [Cobra meetings] the first thing that goes out of the window is common sense. As far as I can tell some nutter in Yemen posted two parcel bombs and has managed to have the prime minister meeting Cobra as if we are all under attack. Fucking calm down," said O'Leary.
John Say's
As you can see from comments from O'Leary, profit will always come before safety..These aircraft not only had passengers on board, pilots and cabin crew also,do you think O'Leary is bothered....Not one word about safety of his own staff............Two selfish men, BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY...

DAVID BONDERMAN tpg and O'LEARY LOT'S OF MONEY BUT NO MORALS...
Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary scoffs at people who talk about slave-like working conditions in the company. - We are no labor camp in Siberia, and it is voluntary to work here!
O'Leary came to Oslo on Tuesday afternoon - three quarters delayed in one of its own aircraft - to introduce new routes from Rygge. But most of the press conference were required to answer questions about working conditions. There was pandemonium when he attempted to tear from a Norwegian journalist an employment contract from a pilot in the company. O'Leary was also confronted with allegations from an employee who has told the paper Moss Avis about failure to pay during illness, canceled flights and delays.
Ryanair boss denies categorically that the company forbids people to organize.
- It's actually enshrined in the Irish Constitution. We can also negotiate with the unions, if a majority of the employees really wants it. So if someone is so stupid that they want to waste money on union dues, go for it! With us they get better terms if they are not a union member, he pointed out.
Does not accept three-day rule.Ryanair staff get a large portion of their pay according to how much they fly and how much they sell on board. O'Leary admits that these funds fail to materialize if a flight is canceled.
- Of course. But when we just set up another flight, so they can make their money on that one instead, he smiles. He does not recognize the norwegian system where the employee can call in sick for three days without consulting a doctor, and claims that there must be more serious disease if people should stay home. He is not concerned about security on board, if someone is sick from fever at work.
- There is no problem, we have very low absenteeism, he said.
BoycottEmployee Organization YS has previously argued strongly against what it calls the worst company in the aviation industry. During the opening of Tuesday's conference on the YS-IA agreement, chairman Tore Eugen Kvalheim again mentioned the boycott of the company. He encourages others to join in.
- The International Transport Workers Federation (ITF) launched a few years ago a campaign under the vignette "Ryanair be fair." Parat and Finance Association, and YS, has taken it further and decided to boycott the company. "We also request our members to refrain from using company on leisure travel, "said Kvalheim.
Engineers Association and Pharmaceutical Association is among those who have joined the boycott

John Foley from RYANAIRDONTCARE say's,
Ryanair recruitment module is worse than labor camp's Bonderman TPG and O'Leary, cabin crew and pilots invest their own money, own time working for ryanair ( RESPECT )..bonderman TPG AND o'leary please...only to be scammed in anyway you Bonderman TPG and O'Leary find fit..You both invest (DIRTY MONEY) into the airline, get to the point ay....
Working conditions may not be the best at ryanair but working practises of Management at ryanair are the worst in the airline industry.Failed to pay during illness, cancelled flights are only a few points of,bad management. The sacking or termination of PILOTS and CABIN crew for PROFIT,make my blood boil and the issue of people to organise ''unions'' is right as we all know ryanair do not recognise unions unless it Bonderman TPG Union or O'Leary union....Management fear factor at ryanair of union membership brings us all back to the (cold war)..and must be stopped NOW...
Bully boy tactics, shame on you Bonderman TPG and O'Leary...
Unite the Union and all European unions must boycott ryanair and SHAREHOLDERS must act NOW by sacking Bonderman TPG,O'Leary, the board and all senior management at ryanair ''' NOW'''

Unite the Union and all European unions must boycott ryanair and SHAREHOLDERS must act NOW by sacking Bonderman TPG,O'Leary, the board and all senior management at ryanair ''' NOW'''

RYANAIRDONTCARE WELCOME THE INVESTIGATION
PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION... http://www.gopetition.com/petition/26531.html
Consumer regulators in the UK have put Ryanair on the defensive after opening an investigation into the Irish budget carrier's shareholding in Irish flag-carrier Aer Lingus.
Ryanair has a 29.8% stake in Aer Lingus and the Office of Fair Trading is inquiring whether the acquisition has resulted in a reduction in competition.
It is to assess whether it has jurisdiction to review Ryanair's share acquisition as a 'relevant merger' situation.
This situation occurs when a minority shareholder is able to influence substantially the strategic direction and commercial objectives of a company, albeit at a lower level of control than that tested under European Union merger regulations.
If the Office concludes that it has the relevant jurisdiction, it intends to decide whether the acquisition should be referred formally to the Competition Commission.
Aer Lingus has welcomed the investigation. It has tried, unsuccessfully, to shrug off Ryanair since the budget carrier picked up a minority stake in Aer Lingus four years ago as part of a takeover bid.
The takeover failed, after falling foul of European Commission regulations, as did a second attempt to acquire the airline two years later.
But Aer Lingus has also failed to secure an order for Ryanair to divest its stake, resulting in a stalemate between the two airlines.
With the Commission investigations having ended, the Office of Fair Trading says it is taking the opportunity to consider the situation.
It has written to Ryanair seeking information and invited comments from third parties, setting a deadline of 12 November for submissions.
Ryanair confirms that it has been contacted by the Office but is insisting that - even if it had jurisdiction - the investigation is already "legally out of time".
The budget carrier also claims that the European Commission investigations have already "conclusively ruled" that Ryanair does not have influence or control over Aer Lingus.
It adds that the inquiry would set an "alarming precedent" given the late timing, the previous European investigation, and the fact that neither of the airlines is based in the UK.
Ryanair chief Michael O'Leary says the carrier is "surprised" at the Office decision, adding: "We have asked our lawyers to liaise directly with the Office to bring this out-of-time and unnecessary query to an early conclusion."
